| 目的 调查江苏省某地三甲医院及高校部分医学科研人员对科研数据管理的认知现状和存在问题，为提高医院整体科研管理水平以及制定政策提供参考依据。 方法 采用便利抽样方法，调查对象为医务人员、专职科研人员及科研管理人员，书面和电子邮件进行科研数据认知及科研素养问卷调查。采用软件SPSS25.0进行统计分析，P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。 结果 本研究有效问卷共200份。科研人员获取科研数据的主要途径为实验室实验，获取他人原始数据途径主要为网上免费公开数据库。大部分人员在科研成果发表后，原始数据多为研究人员各自保存，将近70.0%（140人）的人员因未妥善保管科研数据导致数据丢失。本人愿意将数据交由数据管理机构有142人（71.%）。要求项目组及鼓励同行交由数据管理机构分别为146人（73.0%）和160人（80.0%），其中研究生学历比例高。在鼓励同行方面，中级以下职称比较最高。曾利用过他人原始数据的占57.0%。本人愿意及鼓励同行使用数据管理机构提供的他人原始数据160人（80%），研究生学历比例高。 结论 科研人员的数据保存情况不容乐观，缺乏专业的知识和技能；多数科研人员愿意共享科研数据，但存在一些顾虑。 |

| Objective To investigate the current situation and existing problems of research data cognition for medical researchers in a certain place of Jiangsu Province in our hospital. Method Convenient sampling. A questionnaire survey on research data cognition was conducted among medical staff, full-time researchers and research managements. The statistical analysis was performed by software SPSS25.0, and the difference was statistically significant at P <0.05. Results A total of 200 questionnaires were collected in this study. The main way for researchers to obtain data is laboratory experiments, and the main way to obtain the original data of others is the open free database on the internet. After the publication of the scientific research results, most of the original data were stored by the researchers, and nearly 70.0% (140 people) lost the data because they did not take good care of the scientific research data. The number of required project teams and encouraged peers to submit to data management agencies were 146 (73.0%) and 160 (80.0%), respectively. And with a high proportion of postgraduate degrees. 57.0% had used other people's raw data. Research managers and senior professional post are the highest. Conclusion The situation of data preservation of researchers is not optimistic, lack of professional knowledge and skills, most researchers are willing to share scientific research data, but there are some concerns. |
