| 目的 分析出国访学人员教学科研成果产出，为基金会及医院进一步加强和改进人才培养管理工作提供有益参考。方法 以北京市李桓英医学基金会资助2010年-2016年北京市132位出国访学人员为调查对象，从出国访学期间以及归国后的两个维度对教学和科研成果的产出开展定量分析研究。结果 出国访学对医疗技术、教学水平、科研能力建设起到积极的促进作用，访学人员在教学职称、导师任职、发表论文以及获批基金项目等方面均有显著提高，其中高层次立项数目更是呈现逐年增长趋势。结论 医务人员出国访学有利于激发人才的积极性和创造性，是提升医院整体实力的有效途径，基金会发挥人才建设总体规划及引领作用，对出国访学人员进行全链条式的服务和管理，是实现医学人才教学和科研产出最大化的关键。 |

| Objective To explore the achievements on clinical teaching and scientific research acquired by visiting scholars funded by medical foundation, which will be benefit for the improvement for cultivation of innovative talents in general hospitals. Method Questionnaire data of 132 visiting scholars supported by Beijing Li Huanying Medical Foundation from 2010 to 2016 were analyzed and which were applied by descriptive statistics. Results Visiting abroad policy is a key factor in the promotion of clinical skills, improvement of teaching methods and elevation of the scientific research abilities for the medical scholars. Conclusion Innovation and creativity can be boosted for the visiting scholars based on their visiting abroad experiences which will be helpful in the optimization of the clinical services, training projects and medical explorations in the hospitals. Hence, it is a crucial role in the strategic planning and policy development played by Beijing Li Huanying Medical Foundation which would be accelerated and elevated talents training progress. |
