| ［］目的 综合评价2012-2018年厦门某地方医学院科研绩效,了解近7年该校科研发展情况,为科研管理工作提供决策依据。方法 选择9个评价指标衡量2012-2018年医学院科研绩效,在传统密切值算法基础上引入权重,最后采用参数灵敏度分析法对该院科研绩效进行综合评价。结果 通过密切值法计算排序结果,2012年的科研绩效评分值为2.201,质量最差；2018年的科研绩效评分值为0.021,质量最好。参数灵敏度分析显示2018年、2017年和2015年三年科研绩效较好,密切值排名靠前且较为稳定。结论 在密切值算法上引入权重并进行参数灵敏度分析,使得评价结果更趋于合理、更具可靠性和实用性,对地方医学院科研绩效质量评估具有一定参考意义。 |

| Objective To evaluate the scientific research performance of a medical college in Xiamen from 2012 to 2018 comprehensively and to understand the scientific research situation in the past seven years so as to provide decision-making basis for scientific research management. Methods Selecting 9 evaluation indicators to measure the scientific research performance of medical colleges during 2012-2018.On the basis of traditional Close-value method, weight is introduced.Finally, the scientific research performance of the Institute is evaluated comprehensively by using parameter sensitivity analysis method. Results The ranking results were calculated by close-value method, and the scientific research performance score in 2012 was 2.201, with the lowest quality; the scientific research performance score in 2018 was 0.021, with the best quality. The sensitivity analysis of parameters shows that the quality of scientific research performance in 2018, 2017 and 2015 is good and stable. Conclusion By introducing weights into the Close-value method and analyzing the sensitivity of parameters, the evaluation results are more reasonable, more reliable and practical, which has a certain reference significance for the quality evaluation of scientific research performance of local medical colleges. |
