| 科创改革背景下搭建产学研协同创新科研平台是公立医院的必然选择。上海某公立医院限于院内用房紧张租用了院外场地建立了医学科创园区。为了规避风险,本文基于风险控制和内部控制理论针对园区建设过程中的运行风险、产出风险和资金风险三个方面提出了相应应对策略,从一定程度上起到了预防风险发生的作用。 |

| Under the background of scientific and technological innovation reform, it is an inevitable choice for public hospitals to build a collaborative innovation research platform. A public hospital in Shanghai rented a field outside the hospital to establish a Medicine Scientific-Technological Innovation Park. Based on the risk control theory and internal control theory, some strategies were put to resist the operation risk, output risk and capital risk of the park, which plays a role in preventing the occurrence of risks to a certain extent. |
