Objective In order to fully understand the satisfaction with medical worker’s scientific research, and to raise the management and service levels of scientific research management department, furthermore, stimulate hospital workers devote to scientific research. Methods Based on literature, questionnaire survey and field investigation method then analyze different types of medical researcher’s satisfaction by using two independent samples t-test, ANOVA, LSD Test with SPSS 26.0 software. Results The incentive measures of scientific research in hospital can be summarized into three different aspects: material/spiritual incentive mechanism, scientific research management system and personnel training system.However, material / spiritual incentive mechanism accounts for the highest proportion. Different researcher workers have different satisfaction towards research management system, clinicians, training doctors and medical technology department staff are not satisfied with off-duty time of scientific research. In the hospital personnel training system, the satisfaction of highly educated workers is lower than that of employees with relatively low education.Conclusion Different researcher workers have statistically difference, according to the differences among satisfaction attitudes of researchers, tailored research management measurements should be developed so as to mobilize the enthusiasm of scientific researchers, improving their satisfaction of scientific research job, and further improve the research capacity of hospital gradually. |
