| 目的 中国医药行业的专利申请、授权量与日俱增，为了提前布局国际市场，本文旨在复旦大学附属中山医院前期工作基础上，初步探索适合公立医院助力高价值专利进军国际市场的可行性方法。方法 对常用国际专利申请途径进行分析比较，并梳理工作中的申请流程。 结果 规范化的国际专利申请应当具备以下6个环节： 1.申报国际专利前的评估;2.进入国家阶段对国家进行遴选;3.专利代理公司专业协助申请;4.医院内部审核流程;5.多渠道获取知识产权管理与运营资金支持;6.专业化人才队伍建设。 结论 国际专利申请是个复杂且时间跨度久的过程，因此专利价值本身、资金支持、专业的专利代理协助、医院内控缺一不可。 |

| Objective: With the increasing numbers of patent applications and authorizations of pharmaceutical industry in China, for laying out the international market in advance, this study aims to initially explore a feasible method suitable for public hospitals to help high-value patents enter the international market based on the preliminary work of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University. Methods: The study was conducted by analyzing and comparing the common international patent application approaches, as well as sorting out the application process. Results: A standardized international patent application should include the following six parts: 1. Evaluation before applying for an international patent; 2. Selection of the country when entering the national phase; 3. Professional assistance of patent agency company; 4. Hospital internal audit process; 5. Multi-channel access to intellectual property management and operating capital support; 6. Professional talent team construction. Conclusion: International patent application is a complicated and time-spanning process, so patent value itself, fund support, professional patent agent assistance and hospital internal control are indispensable. |
