| 新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）疫情期间，为了及时的给大众分享疾病的临床特征和诊治经验，相关医院的科研人员迅速总结现有资料并从不同角度在不同杂志发表论文。但是，这也带来潜在的病例重复报告问题，暴露了新形势下医院科研管理工作的不足。以孕产妇COVID-19为例，笔者在PubMed、万方、CNKI进行检索发现，累计约有360多例孕产妇COVID-19病例报道，但进一步分析后发现，其中近200例为可疑重复报告病例。尽管及时报道病例资料有助于相关诊疗指南的进一步完善，但潜在的重复报告问题可能会对后期进行荟萃分析或者全局分析造成偏倚。从医院科研管理角度，我们建议医院科研工作者和管理部门应当在发表和审核科技论文时重视数据的重复声明，以及时、准确的向公众分享信息。 |

| During the novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) epidemic, in order to share the clinical characteristics and diagnosis and treatment experience of the disease with the public in a timely manner, scientific researchers from relevant hospitals quickly summarized existing data and published papers in different journals from different perspectives. However, this also brings potential repeated reports. Taking pregnant women's COVID-19 as an example, the author searched PubMed and found that there were more than 360 cases of pregnant women's COVID-19 cases reported, but after further analysis, it was found that nearly 200 of them were suspicious repeated cases. Although timely reporting of case data is helpful to the further improvement of relevant diagnosis and treatment guidelines, potential repetitive problems may cause trouble for later meta-analysis or systematic review. From the perspective of hospital scientific research management, we suggest that hospital scientific research workers and management departments should pay attention to repeated statements of data when publishing and reviewing papers, and share information with the public in a timely and accurate manner. |
