| 【目的】分析护理科技期刊作者学术忠诚的状况,并探讨护理科技期刊作者学术忠诚的培养策略,以提升护理科技期刊作者的科研素养。【方法】采用一般资料问卷和学术忠诚量表通过问卷调查方式,调查护理科技期刊作者的学术忠诚水平。【结果】护理科技期刊作者学术忠诚得分指标为78.42%,总分为(43.13±7.47)分；护理科技期刊作者学术忠诚量表3个维度得分指标由低到高依次为学术理想维度、学术努力维度、学术认同维度。【结论】护理科技期刊作者学术忠诚处中等偏上水平,采取树立科学的学术价值观、恪守学术道德、严格遵守学术规范、积极参与学术活动、加强学习专业知识、勇于承担学术责任、培养并具备学术精神等策略以提升其学术忠诚水平。 |

| ［Purposes］This paper aims to analyze the status of academic loyalty for authorsSofSthe nursingSsci-techSperiodicals,and to explore the corresponding training strategies．［Methods］Academic loyalty for authorsSofStheSnursingS sci-techSperiodicals was investigated by general information questionnaire and academic loyalty scale．The survey was conducted online and onsite.［Findings］The score index of academic loyalty for authorsSofSthe nursingSSsci-techSperiodicals is 78.42%,and the total score is 43.13±7.47.The scoring indicators of academic loyalty scale from low to high are academic ideal, academic effort and academic identity.［Conclusions］The academic loyalty for authorsSofStheSnursingS sci-techSperiodicals is at an over medium level.In order to improve the level of academic loyalty, we should establish scientific academic values, honour academic ethics, strictly abide by academic norms, actively participate in academic activities, strengthen learning professional knowledge, dare to bear academic responsibility, cultivate and possess academic spirit. |
