Result To enhance the core competitiveness of characteristic disciplines, local medical colleges need to coordinate the resource allocation of key disciplines and characteristic disciplines, pay attention to the selection of characteristic disciplines, correctly select discipline leaders, establish disease diagnosis and treatment discipline group, and construct collaborative innovation and transformation mechanism.
