      目的 探讨在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控特殊时期,临床医学专业研究生管理存在的难点,以及应采取的教学管理措施。方法 该研究主要采用文件回顾、访谈以及问卷调查等方法,对疫情防控期间临床医学专业研究生的返校情况、在线教学、防控培训、科研工作及思想动态等方面进行全面调研及分析。结果 截至2020年2月14日,专业学位研究生返院率为92.8%(256/276);研究生参加疫情防控培训平均分为86.59;在线学习的效果与线下课堂教学基本同质等效;截至2020年3月6日,研究生论文院内送审率为50.0%(65/130);面对疫情的压力,62.6%(124/198)专业学位研究生和35.4%(70/198)学术型研究生有一些焦虑或抑郁,两种类型的学生比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论 在新冠肺炎疫情防控阶段,创新工作方式,形成教育处-科室-导师-研究生上下联动体系,关注研究生身心健康,保证教学质量,多措并举做好临床医学专业研究生教育管理工作。

      Objective To explore the difficulties and measures of clinical medical postgraduates management during the national prevention of COVID-19 spread. Methods This study mainly uses the document review, interview and questionnaire survey methods, to investigate the clinical medical postgraduates school situation, online teaching, training, scientific research, psychological state during prevention of COVID-19 spread. Results on February 14, 2020, professional degree postgraduates back to school at a rate of 92.8% (256/276); Postgraduates to participate in the epidemic prevention and control training, on average 86.59;The effect of online learning and offline basic equivalent homogeneity of classroom teaching; Up to March 6, 2020, the postgraduates paper for review at a rate of 50.0% (65/130); Faced with the pressures of a outbreak, 62.6% specialized degree postgraduates (124/198) and 35.4% (70/198) academic postgraduates have some anxiety or depression, compared two types of students, P<0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusions During the COVID-19 prevention and control period, it is important to innovative work style, the formation of education department–clinical department-tutor-postgraduates linkage system, pay attention to physical and mental health of postgraduates and ensure the quality of teaching.
