Purpose: To establish a scientific and reasonable talent evaluation mechanism in the introduction of scientific research talents through reform of human resources management.
Method: Based on the theory of iceberg, the candidates could be known fully for achieving the best matching between personnel and positions as far as possible.
Result: We will implement a multi-dimensional assessment system that combines the introduction of talents with different talent levels and task differentiated evaluation for evaluating different talents. The talent evaluation criteria based on moral character, knowledge, ability, and achievement are also established. Furthermore, we will improve medical ethics, clinical practice, scientific research and education, public health services, and ideological and moral standards.
Conclusion: Through innovative thinking, the evaluation system using multi-dimensional assessment could be implemented in the introduction of scientific research talents, by which different levels of talent will be matched, also "one size fits all" or other problems could be solved. The system could arouse the initiative of the introduced talents who play a leading role in discipline development. The system could also promote the hospital to implement the strategy of strengthening the hospital with talents and serve the development of medical and health undertakings much better. |
