      目的 探讨出国进修与科研效益的结合途径,完善“效益优先”的出国进修选派机制,建立出国进修与科研效益相关联的评估体系。方法 以某大型三甲公立医院45项地方资助出国进修项目为案例,采用路径分析方法,对出国进修项目的主要影响因素与进修主要科研成果进行关联及建模。结果 最终两个回归方程共同组成路径分析模型:(1)SCI论文回归方程中决定系数为0.600,F=5.698,P=0.000<0.05,统计学差异显著。该路径中,对SCI论文产出的影响程度依次为职称(β=0.736,P=0.000<0.05)、年龄(β=-0.700,P=0.000<0.05)和进修机构(β=-0.318,P=0.031<0.05);(2)课题经费回归方程决定系数为0.490,F=7.608,P=0.000<0.05,统计学差异显著。该路径中,对课题经费的影响程度依次为SCI论文(β=0.409,P=0.010<0.05)、进修国家(β=-0.342,P=0.015<0.05)及学位(β=-0.223,P=0.043<0.05)。结论 通过路径分析,出国进修对科研效益的作用被更加精确地评估与细化。研究建立了科研效益导向的出国进修选派与项目评估结合路径,为医院出国进修科研产出效率提升提供支持,也为地方政府及国家公派留学项目的优化与调整提供参考。

      Objective The research was aimed at exploring solutions of integrating with studying abroad and scientific benefits, enhancing “Benefits First” assigning system for oversea studies, and establishing an evaluation system that combined studying abroad with scientific benefits. Methods The research was based on 45 local-funded oversea studying programs, and used path analysis to connect main factors of studying abroad with scientific achievements, and establish a model. Results The final path analysis model contained two regression equations: (1) in the equation of SCI articles, adjusted R2=0.600, F=5.698, P=0.000<0.05, statistic difference was significant. In this pathway, influence factors on SCI articles were successively Title (β=0.736, P=0.000<0.05), Age (β=-0.700, P=0.000<0.05) and Study institute (β=-0.318, P=0.031<0.05); (2) in the equation of Project funding, adjusted R2=0.490, F=7.608, P=0.000<0.05, statistic difference was significant. In this pathway, influence factors on project funding were successively SCI Articles (β=0.409, P=0.010<0.05), Study country (β=-0.342, P=0.015<0.05), and Degree (β=-0.223, P=0.043<0.05). Conclusions Through path analysis, impacts of studying abroad on scientific benefits were evaluated and detailed more precisely. The research established scientific-benefit oriented pathway between assigning and evaluation system, providing support to promote effectiveness of hospital oversea-studying scientific outputs, and reference for local and national governments to optimize oversea study programs.
