| 目的 分析中国医学科研管理在过去十年的研究情况,对热点问题进行讨论,为医院科研管理人员提供参考。 方法 利用Excel和CiteSpace软件对收录在万方医学网中有关医学科研管理的论文进行年载文量、来源期刊、机构、作者、热点及前沿的相关分析。结果 共有2176条有效记录,其中在2012年记录数最多,论文主要刊载在《中华医学科研管理杂志》上,达187篇,占总数的8.6%。研究论文的来源机构共现排名依次为北京协和医院、军事医学科学院、北京大学、首都医科大学、四川省人民医院等。发文较多的作者有刘岩、何有琴、翟俊霞、张焕萍、牛玉宏等。 结论 同机构内作者的合作较密切,跨机构间的合作较少。对于医学科研管理、评价指标体系、科研人才培养、数据挖掘和系统设计的研究较热。 |

| Objective Analyze the research situation of Chinese medical science research management in the past ten years, and discuss hot issues to provide reference for the managers in this field. Methods Using Excel and CiteSpace to analyze the papers on medical scientific research management in Wanfang Med Online, which about journals, institutions, authors, hot topics and forward trend. Results There are 2176 valid records, of which the most recorded in 2012, the paper is mainly published in the "Chinese Medical Science Research Management ", up to 187, accounting for 8.6% of the total. The institutions of papers are ranked in the following order: Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Academy of Military Medical Sciences, Peking University, Capital Medical University, Sichuan Provincial People"s Hospital. The authors who have published more articles include Liu Yan, He Youqin, Yan Junxia, Zhang Huanping, Niu Yuhong and so on. Conclusions Authors within the same institution have close cooperation and there is less cooperation among different agencies. The hot topics are medical science research management, evaluation index system, scientific research personnel training, data mining and system design. |
