| 目的 了解2018年PubMed收录国内主要医疗机构的论文情况。方法 收集2018年PubMed数据库收录的主要国内医疗机构学术论文,分析指标包括主要医疗机构的发文数量和类型、主要来源期刊、期刊影响因子及期刊学科分布。结果 2018年排名前30名医疗机构PubMed论文18057篇,其中英文论文16744篇,占92.73%,中文论文1313篇,占7.27%。排名位于前14的期刊收录论文数量为2286篇,占12.66%,Medicine为发文最多的期刊。影响因子大于10的论文有236篇,占1.31%, 4827篇论文分布在影响因子2-3之间的期刊中占30.84%。肿瘤学科论文所占比例较高。结论 各医疗机构发文数量和科学研究的整体水平有所提高,各医疗机构学科优势分布有所变化。 |

| Objective To study the overall distribution of the PubMed papers published by major domestic medical institutions in 2018. Methods We collected all the publications from PubMed database published by major domestic medical institutions in 2018. The indicators analyzed included the distribution of the number of papers, publication type, journal’s impact factor and disciplines of source journals. Results 18057 PubMed papers were published by the top 30 Chinese medical institutions, in which 16744 (92.73%) were in English,1313(7.27%) in Chinese．2286 (12.66%) papers were Published by top 14 journals, and the Medicine hold the top on source journal ranking． The impact factor of source journals of 236 papers (1.31%) were over 10, and 4827 papers (30.84%) were among 2-3. Besides, tumor subject papers accounted a higher proportion. Conclusions The number of published papers by major domestic medical institutions increased continually, the quality of medical research was improved, but the changes of major disciplinaries distribution in different medical institutes were discovered. |
