      【】 以施福东教授的引进为例,分析了高层次人才成功引进的良好效应:人才成功引进可以复兴学科;提升完成重大项目的能力;提高专业教学水平;有利于形成人才聚集效应等。同时也从加大对引进人才的投入、人才引进中尊重科学规律、人才团队建设、医院文化建设等方面总结了实现高层次人才成功引进的经验和体会

      [Abstract] Taking the introduction of Professor Shi Fudong as a successful talent introduction example, this article analysized the positive effects of high-level talents introduction. By successfully introducing high-level talents, academic subjects can be revived, the ability of completing major projects can be improved, professional teaching level can be promoted and it can also help to form the effect of talent accumulation, etc. Meanwhile, this article summarized the experience for successfully introducing high-level talents from four aspects, which is increasing input, respecting scientific laws, building talent teams and constructing hospital culture.
